In beautiful Holmefjord by the small town Fosnavåg located in west Norway, the fairway creeps between two straits. The strait between the islands "Nerlandsøya" and "Bergsøya" is called "Søre Vaulen", and the strait between the islands "Remøya" and "Leinøya" is called "Nørdre Vaulen".
Early in the morning 29. may the morning light was lovely, with unusual calm sea. I spent several hours between "Søre" and "Nørdre Vaulen" in a boat, well equipped with cameras and a selection of lenses.
Below you will find some example photos, and at bottom you will find a slideshow with a selection of the picture I captured. The panorama formats are 1:3 format, and stitched by several exposures. They are useful for large prints.
